Delivery Coverage

Aentic ships products to most locations across India and internationally.

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address including PIN code while placing an order.

Aentic will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • Orders are generally processed within 48–72 hours after confirmation of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time may vary during high demand periods, festive seasons, or promotional sales.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Any applicable shipping charges may not be refundable in case of order cancellation after dispatch.
