Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.
  • Customized or specially made products cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for return or refund.

Product Quality Inspection

All products shipped by Aentic undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.

When a returned product is received, it will again undergo a quality inspection. The return will be approved only if the product meets our return conditions.


International Orders

Orders shipped outside India are generally not eligible for return or refund.

To ensure customer satisfaction, international orders are carefully inspected and packed with high-quality export standards before shipment.


Refund Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. The returned product will be inspected by our quality team.
  2. Once the product passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated.
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank processing time.
